Manjulaben Kalubhai Suvar is from the village of Varuna, Fatepura, Dahod. She is the vice president to the federation and member of the Justice Committee in Ekta Mahila Sangathan. Committed to creating a fear-free environment for girls and women, where they can speak up and raise their voices against violence, Manjulaben is dedicated to sensitizing men and promoting equality in society.

Nashimben Mastubhai Shaikh from Santrampur, Mahisagar is a president to the federation and a member of the Justice Committee, Ekta Mahila Sangathan. She raises awareness and collaborates with institutions working for women's safety to ensure the safety of girls and women. She also motivates women to register cases against violence with the Nyay Samiti.

Lilaben Ambalal Nat lives in Parabiya village, Morwa Hadaf, Panchmahal. She advocates creating a violence-free society through active leadership by women and collaborative efforts by the justice committee. She vouches to do her best to eliminate the cases of violence in her village as well as the neighbouring villages.

Saraswatiben Bharatbhai Parghi is from Madhav village, Fatepura, Dahod. She is a member of the Economic committee of Ekta Mahila Sangathan. Saraswatiben believes that the federation empowers women to stand up for their rights. She contributes to the committee by connecting women to the federation and raising awareness about livelihood options and government schemes for their economic upliftment.

Chanchiben Lakshmanbhai Bariya is from Khunta village, Sigvad, Dahod. She is the secretary of Ekta Mahila Sangathan and a member of the economic committee. Chanchiben plays an important role in connecting women to employment, identifying entrepreneurial qualities among them, and motivating them to start their own businesses.

Merunben Salim Bhai Shaikh is from Sanjeli village, Sanjeli, Dahod. She is an active member of the Economic Committee of Ekta Mahila Sangathan. She believes strongly in equality across gender, caste, and class. She promotes equality by working with adolescents through the Youth Melas and advocating for women's rights in forest, land, and property rights.

Sitaben Vinod Bhai Bhagora is from Chaalor village, Fatepura, Dahod. She is a member of the Economic Committee of Ekta Mahila Sangathan. According to her, empowerment comes from economic independence. Therefore, she educates other women on livelihoods, credit and savings, and government linkages.

Suryaben Bhursinghbhai Bariya hails from Dablara village, Fatepura, Dahod. She is a Para Legal Worker in the Swabhoomi Kendra. She mobilises women to participate in the federation meetings and explains them the importance of having a name in the land which her family holds. She talks on widow land inheritance, woman’s name in the land jointly possessed by her husband and other land rights.

Jayaben from Ranakpur, Kadana, Mahisagar, has been practicing organic farming for four years. As a Krushi Sakhi with Utthan’s Sustainable Agriculture Programme, she promotes organic farming for its cost-effectiveness and health benefits, and helps her village access government schemes.

Since becoming a Krushi Sakhi, Rashmikaben Malivad from Bhagaliya village of Kadana, Mahisagar has practiced sustainable agriculture and promoted organic pesticides and fertilizers. She actively works with the federation to support women farmers, improve agricultural practices, and raise awareness of women's issues, aiming for maximum outreach and impact.

Jayaben Malivad from Atalwada village, Kadana, Mahisagar, switched to sustainable farming to promote good health. She grows cash crops, vegetables, and fodder using organic fertilizers and pesticides. She envisions more women farmers in her village and beyond will adopt sustainable agriculture.

Shardaben Pandor from Munpur village, Kadana, Mahisagar, has practiced sustainable agriculture for three years, emphasizing the use of indigenous seeds to preserve native crops. She aims to unite and empower women farmers by encouraging their association with the federation for progress and empowerment.

Hasumatiben Khant from Atalwada village, Kadana, Mahisagar, has practiced sustainable agriculture for two years now. Believing in sharing knowledge, she promotes sustainable farming among women farmers and connects them to the federation to empower them and help them access their rights.

Madhuben Damor from Ranakpur village, Kadana, Mahisagar, advocates for sustainable agriculture, promoting organic fertilizers and pesticides to improve soil and crop health. She believes organic food leads to longevity and encourages women farmers in her village to adopt sustainable practices by sharing her knowledge.

Maniben Mohanbhai Malivad from Bhagaliya village, Kadana, Mahisagar, fully adopted sustainable agriculture after becoming a Krushi Sakhi. She now regularly hosts meetings with women farmers to promote sustainable farming practices in her community.

Jasiben Babubhai Malivad from Tantroli village, Kadana, Mahisagar, promotes switching from chemical to organic farming. Practicing sustainable agriculture for two years, she believes it's our duty to protect both ourselves and the Earth.

Shardaben Sureshbhai Malivad from Tantroli village, Kadana, Mahisagar, practices sustainable agriculture and motivates other women farmers to adopt it. As a Krushi Sakhi, she believes in eating healthy and feeding others right.

Kantaben Shaileshbhai Pandor from Munpur village, Kadana, Mahisagar, practices sustainable agriculture. She believes chemical fertilizers harm earth's fertility and human and livestock health. Her goal is to eliminate chemical farming in her village.

Rekhaben Bipinbhai Patel from Khudra village, Morva Hadaf, Panchmahal, practices sustainable agriculture. She believes it has increased her income and is grateful to contribute to environmental preservation by avoiding chemical use.

Induben Bhanuprasad Bariya, from Khudra village, Morva Hadaf, Panchmahal, has championed sustainable agriculture since joining Utthan. She educates farmers on various Package of Practices (PoPs) and promotes sustainable methods at community meetings.

Vanitaben Vijaykumar Damor is from Kuwajer village of Morva Hadaf, Panchmahal. With 15 years of farming experience, Vanita Ben joined Utthan's sustainable agriculture program two years ago. Now a Krushi Sakhi, she educates women farmers on organic fertilizers and agricultural schemes, aiming to transition her entire village to organic farming.

Minakshiben Chandrakantbhai Nat from Parbiya village of Morva Hadaf in Panchmahal, practices sustainable agriculture to improve land conditions and yields. Her goal is to increase her income and fulfill her dream of providing higher education for her children.

Narmadaben Balwantbhai Khant from Pathanpur village in Morva Hadaf, Panchmahal, is a Krushi Sakhi practicing sustainable agriculture for two years. She believes it increases yield and reduces costs. She is motivating fellow women farmers to adopt sustainable farming over chemical methods.

Bhavnaben Bhupatsinh Khant from Pathanpur village in Morva Hadaf, Panchmahal, is a Krushi Sakhi who advocates for sustainable agriculture. She emphasizes proper soil and crop nutrition and shares her knowledge with other women farmers to achieve 100% sustainable farming in her village.

Sangitaben Dalpatsinh Bariya from Vejma village in Morva Hadaf, Panchmahal, has practiced sustainable agriculture for three years. She creates bio-pesticides and fertilizers with other women farmers, reducing costs and protecting crops. She aims to share this knowledge widely among women farmers.

As a Krushi Sakhi, she teaches women farmers about organic fertilizers and agricultural schemes, striving to make her entire village embrace organic farming.
