Our women's federation operations are built on transparency and inclusivity. We have carefully designed our organizational structure to empower women and foster collaboration at every level. The General body, which includes all the members from Mahila Mandals, serves as the highest decision-making body. Reporting to the General body is the Executive Committee, led by the President, who is responsible for strategic planning and governance. Additionally, we have thematic committees, such as the Economic Empowerment Committee, Justice Committee, and Land Rights Committee. At the hamlet level, the Mahila Mandals ensure that the voices of women in communities are heard and represented. Dedicated staff members provide administrative support, facilitating communication, coordination, and logistical needs. Through our federated structure, we empower women to lead, advocate, and create change in their communities and beyond.
